As every thing you do not do frequently, you face a number of questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should I sell or rent it out?  Should I sell and buy a smaller condo? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should I?, Should I?, Should I..?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The important question you need to ask yourself is what is driving you to think about a sale.  Not listening to excuses.  Just analyze it with your real motives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Why  am I selling my home?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The reasons 90% of the times are not financial ones.  The things I hear more often are:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>I want to see my grandchildren more often<\/li><li>I need a single story home because I don&#8217;t want to  climb stairs.<\/li><li>I want to be close to my family.<\/li><li>Neighbor is too noisy<\/li><li>Traffic got really crazy<\/li><li>I need good schools for my kids.<\/li><li>Etc. etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In my NON-TECHNICAL guide to sell your home I go in deep on this subject.
