Selling my home shouldn’t be difficult.
It is true, we do not sell our homes often. As every thing you do not do frequently, you face a number of questions.
Should I sell or rent it out? Should I sell and buy a smaller condo?
Should I?, Should I?, Should I..?
The important question you need to ask yourself is what is driving you to think about a sale. Not listening to excuses. Just analyze it with your real motives.
Why am I selling my home?
The reasons 90% of the times are not financial ones. The things I hear more often are:
- I want to see my grandchildren more often
- I need a single story home because I don’t want to climb stairs.
- I want to be close to my family.
- Neighbor is too noisy
- Traffic got really crazy
- I need good schools for my kids.
- Etc. etc.
In my NON-TECHNICAL guide to sell your home I go in deep on this subject. You can download it for free completing the form at the end of the page.
