Zillow have been using the properties brokers are marketing to feed their site and sell advertising space next to them. Exposing consumers to contact the agent that pay them the most. It doesn’t mean that agent is best qualified, he or she just has a contract with them to pay thousands per year. Our marketing plan ensures our listed are distributed at plenty of other places. At Urban Select Realty we believe our properties should be not on Zillow. It does not service well the public nor our sellers. Any buyer can find the property on the MLS with their buyer’s agent of choice without being forced or misled to choose a paid advertiser.
